In which I unleash my inner Pinterest Queen

Next year, I intend to get a little in my sorority. This means that I will need to construct 4 gift baskets to give to her. So in the interest of protecting my sanity, I decided to not procrastinate the assembly of these baskets until I find out who my little is. Specifically, over the summer I plan to paint the canvases that I will put in the three clue baskets. The current plan is to have a color theme to each basket. The first three baskets will be teal, pink, and green, and the final basket will be my little's favorite color. With that in mind, I opened up Pinterest and started looking for ideas. These canvases are the result of the first day.

Today, I got a little more ambitious with my canvas making. I branched out from the page of basic, color blocked sorority canvases, and instead looked at painted canvases in general. With an idea in mind, I held my breath and hoped that my artistic ability could put that idea on canvas. Overall, I'm really excited by how these canvases turned out, and still not sure how I managed to bring my ideas to life.
